Three of the semi-finalists at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations have been confirmed.
This follows Nigeria’s 2-0 win over Algeria in the first quarter-final played on Saturday.
Following a goalless first half in Marrakech, the Super Eagles made their dominance count with two quick goals after the break.
Victor Osimhen opened the scoring with a towering header, before setting up Akor Adams for the second.
Eric Chelle’s men will now face hosts Morocco in the last four.
The Atlas Lions beat Cameroon 2-0, while Senegal edged Mali 1-0 in their own quarter-final match.
